The KURZ Bucket Type Stapes Prosthesis is a pure titanium prosthesis with a deep well for the lenticular process of the incus. A bail wire is constructed to be placed around the lenticular process. This will better manage events of dislocation.

The prosthesis should be used in combination with a vein graft technique.

Developed in close collaboration with Joseph Roberson MD, Palo Alto, USA.
